At I've Done My Part we are trying to give another purpose to Bar/Bat Mitzvah's by asking the parents to donate money. We want to start a grassroots movement through local Synagogues by having Rabbis and/or Cantors suggest a donation to our cause at the time of planning these party's. Obviously, we want them to refer the parents throwing the Bar/Bat Mitzvah to our web site. By donating to I've Done My Part we hope raise millions of dollars which will go to various Jewish Charities. It's about keeping the "Mitzvah" in Bar/Bat Mitzvah.

Our Business

We want to make a difference by giving another meaning to one of life's special events, a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. By having Rabbis and/or Cantors recommend our site to the planners of these events, the parents, we hope to raise millions of dollars. It is our goal to have the parents donate at least 10-20% of the cost of these party's and/or 10-20% of the gifts received, then, we will donate the proceeds to various Jewish Charities.

Mission Statement

The I've Done My Part goal is to get the parents who are throwing a Bar/Bat Mitzvah party to donate at least 10-20% of the cost of the party and/or 10-20% of the gifts received to us, so we can pass the proceeds along to charities dedicated to Jewish causes. In addition, the we want vendors, such as, photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, etc., who provide services to Bar/Bat Mitzvah parties to make donations on a three level tier system: tier (1) a $500.00 level donation, tier (2) a $1,000.00 level donation and tier (3) a $5,000.00 level donation. I've Done My Part will support Jewish non-for-profit charities to promote the advancement of the Jewish religion. Specifically, I've Done My Part will support child welfare, poverty, religious and Holocaust awareness and tolerance towards the betterment of the Jewish religion. Our primary sources of revenue will come from donations from parents and/or gifts received from the B'nai Mitzvah, and, vendors who provide services for the Bar/Bat Mitzah parties. Finally, we want to be an educational tool for parents and the clergy. We hope parents will come to our site and learn about depth and scope of the various Jewish Charities we support. Additionally, we would like to be a resource parents use to learn about local vendors in their area and the services they provide which will aid them in the planning of their event. The key part of the educational aspect of our mission is to include the participation of the clergy and/or a member or members of their congregation to help spred our mission.
